Samantha Crane: Personal Trainer, GRAVITY (A Pilates reformer style machine) team leader, Masters level degree qualified prolific research reader! Sam’s favourite topic and speciality is the puzzle of the human body from a fitness view point. She loves helping people uncover their muscle imbalances and imperfect movement patterns. This gives greater body awareness (interoception) and helps movement. This allows people the freedom to enjoy favourite activities – or find new ones, pain free and in good health for as many years as possible. Also with plenty of laughter and fun along the way. Cardio enjoyment, good everyday strength including core strength, flexibility and good movement patterns and habits, as well as a lean body are key. All in a very friendly way with encouragement. She works one-on-one and in group sessions.

Working in central Winchester as team leader for the GRAVITY Studio within the very friendly and privately owned New Energy Fitness gym. Samantha is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor and offers bespoke personal training sessions. You do not need to be a member to have a 1-1 session with her. She also teaches indoor cycling “spin” classes, is a Boxercise Padwork instructor and a GRAVITY Pilates reformer expert.
