Masters level degree qualified and a prolific research reader! My favourite topic and speciality is the puzzle of the human body from a fitness view point. I love helping my clients uncover muscle imbalances and imperfect movement patterns to obtain greater body awareness (interoception). With this understanding I can truly help improve your movement so you have the freedom to enjoy your favourite activities pain free and in good health for as many years as possible.

Training Studio

Your one-to-one sessions will take place at the very friendly and privately owned New Energy Fitness gym in Winchester with private showers and changing areas, coffee lounge and the very latest fitness equipment. As well as being a Professional Personal Trainer I’m also a Qualified Instructor in Pilates, TRX, Boxercise, Indoor Cycling and Resistance Band Training. Not only will you be in the right place but you’ll also have the peace of mind that you’ll get the very best out of your bespoke sessions, with all the help, facilities and equipment you need.

Unique Gravity Reformers

The only facility in Hampshire with the amazing Gravity Incline Reformer for which I’m a qualified expert and team leader. Similar to a pilates reformer it gives low impact, fun exercise, suitable for anyone, and really accelerates your transformational results. That’s why I choose it as the main equipment for core strength, whole body movement training, pilates and rehab. With over 1000 exercises to choose from it’s one impressive machine and a highly efficient way to train.

How do you get started on your fitness journey?

To make life easy for new and existing clients you can choose individual sessions or packages and book your preferred slots up to 16 weeks ahead. You can pay online or when you come in to train.
