About Samantha Crane

As you may already have guessed, fitness, health and helping others is a passion, not just a career.
I truly believe that with the right help and techniques anyone can achieve their fitness goals, and make long-lasting improvements to their health. I care deeply about my clients, and working with them to reach their goals gives me genuine fulfilment, and motivates me to work hard for them every day.
That’s why, even outside of training sessions, I spend as much time as possible reading and learning more and encouraging others to take whatever steps are right for them to improve their wellbeing.
So even if you aren’t ready to book a session right now, you may like to read some of the articles throughout the website, where I share my knowledge with both clients and the wider community, to help all of us lead healthier lives and get the most out of the time we spend exercising.
I’m aiming to add more of these on an ongoing basis, so if there’s a particular area you’d like to read about in future I’d love to hear from you.
